HR Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training & development, policy review, payroll verification, and monthly HR reporting.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process for both management staff and workers, including work pass applications and renewals.
- Provide HR guidance and support to the management team.
- Plan, budget, and implement employee welfare programs.
- Check, reconcile, and validate payroll transactions and claims to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports to IRAS, CPF, and other relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with regulations from CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA, and other agencies.
- Draft and manage employment contracts, HR letters, correspondence, and other HR-related documentation.
- Maintain and analyze HR data, including employee records, exit interviews, turnover statistics, and absenteeism reports, to identify trends and training needs.
- Administer WDA training grants, course registrations, and maintain training records.
- Manage insurance renewals.
Oversee employee exit and resignation processes, including conducting exit interviews.
Collaborate with managers to provide advice, assistance, and follow-up on employee inquiries regarding benefits, HR policies, and practices.
Work across boundaries and cultures to ensure compliance with HR processes and procedures.
Review and continuously improve HR service quality and processes.
Provide administrative support for HR projects and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Master’s or Degree in Human Resource Management preferred.
- Minimum of 3 year of relevant working experience in HR.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise effectively with Chinese-speaking employees and external personlas.
