DESCRIPTION
As a Regional HR Partner supporting the United States and Canada, you'll be a strategic advisor to leaders within the Clinical Development Services Division (CDSD), part of our Clinical Research Group (CRG). In this high-impact role based in Morrisville, NC (four days per week onsite), you'll partner with a dynamic Regional HR Team to deliver comprehensive HR solutions that drive business results. You'll leverage your expertise to shape our culture built on our 4i values—Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement—while developing and executing people strategies that enable our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, developing and executing HR strategies that attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent across the US and Canada
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and talent strategies that align with business objectives
- Lead key annual initiatives including performance reviews, calibration activities, Employee Involvement Survey (EIS), and performance improvement processes
- Champion organizational change and transformation efforts, ensuring seamless execution of complex HR initiatives
- Leverage AI tools and digital solutions to deliver innovative, streamlined, and high-value HR services
- Collaborate across functions and participate in cross-regional team initiatives to drive continuous improvement
Required Knowledge & Experience:
- Proven expertise in performance management, employee relations, compensation, organizational development, and change management
- Strong knowledge of US and Canada employment laws, HR policies, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in the Clinical Research Organization (CRO) industry and Clinical Operations preferred
- Exceptional consulting and coaching skills with ability to influence and build trust at all organizational levels
- Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical capabilities and business acumen
- Skilled project manager capable of coordinating multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation abilities and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with HRIS systems (Workday required) and ServiceNow ticketing systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environment
- Strategic mindset with demonstrated problem-solving abilities
Education:
- Advanced degree plus six (6) years of relevant HR experience, or bachelor's degree plus eight (8) years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a global matrixed organization
- Preferred fields of study: Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD) highly desirable
- Fluent in English required; additional language skills valued
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Morrisville, NC area with ability to travel as needed
