Job Requirements – HR Manager

We are a coffee shop operator seeking an experienced and responsible HR Manager to oversee our human resources and payroll operations.

Requirements:

• Must be able to communicate effectively in major Singapore dialects, such as Hokkien, Teochew, and Cantonese.
• Must have a good understanding of coffee shop operations and the F&B industry.
• Must have relevant HR experience, preferably in the coffee shop or F&B sector.
• Must have a strong understanding of CPF contributions and statutory requirements.
• Must be experienced in salary processing, payroll administration, and related matters.
• Must have good knowledge of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, employment laws, and work pass requirements.
• Must be able to handle HR matters independently, including staff management, attendance, leave administration, and employee relations.
• Must be responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
