HR & Medical Billing Experience Required! Join Cornerstones of Maine's Administrative Department within our residential young adult mental health program, providing evidence-based, research-driven residential mental health services to young adults for over a decade. This position is hybrid, with in-office required 2-3 days per week in Biddeford, Maine.


This position is responsible for supporting the company's human resources functions while overseeing medical billing and revenue cycle activities. It ensures experience and compliance with healthcare regulations and employment laws, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to effective and timely operations. Strong communication skills are essential.


The successful candidate will have experience in::

  • Managing all aspects of the Employment Lifecycle - Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Retention & Offboarding
  • Managing insurance claims from submission through reimbursement

Required skills and experience:

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years of medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle experience.
  • Experience in a medical practice or healthcare environment preferred.
