Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support the day-to-day human resources operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and compliance with labor regulations while promoting a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably within the automobile, manufacturing, or related industry.
* Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software is an added advantage.
* High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
