JOB VACANCY | HR OFFICER / HR SPECIALIST – JOHANNESBURG

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Officer / HR Specialist with a strong background in Labour Relations and hands-on experience managing HR matters within a blue-collar workforce.

The successful candidate will support daily HR operations, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labour legislation and coordinate HR administration and skills development initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong Labour Relations experience, including union engagement, CCMA matters and disciplinary hearings.
• Proven experience working with blue-collar employees.
• Solid HR administration and skills development experience.
• Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation.

Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
Salary: R32,000 – R42,000 CTC per month (negotiable based on experience).
