With your experience, you will support the HR department across a broad range of activities. As HR professionals, we contribute to the growth of our organization by managing the onboarding, development, and offboarding of our employees. Collaboration, contributing to a better world, and personal development are key elements of this role. You will join a well-organized HR Service Center, working together with five colleagues to ensure efficient and high-quality HR service delivery. You are approachable and people-oriented, while also being clear, pragmatic, and solution-focused. With a hands-on mentality, you take ownership, ensure proper follow-up of actions, and make sure agreements lead to actual results.

You are an HR professional who understands how to balance people, business objectives, and operational challenges. You enjoy working in a dynamic manufacturing environment and know how to build strong relationships with managers, employees, and HR colleagues. Above all, you are a people-oriented professional with a hands-on mentality, strong judgment, and the confidence to drive change, achieve results, and make an impact.

  • Completed MBO (vocational college) or bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field;

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience within the HR field, preferably in an international environment;

  • Basic knowledge of payroll administration; a Basic Payroll Administration qualification is preferred;

  • Knowledge of and experience with HR systems (experience with AFAS is an advantage);

  • A proactive, independent, and eager-to-learn attitude, combined with strong analytical skills, a structured approach, and a results-oriented mindset

  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written;

  • Available for 32 to 40 hours per week.
