  • Deconstruct high-level objectives into executable work packages and task lists based on HR strategic project plans.
  • Track completion status of tasks, identify schedule deviations, and proactively coordinate resolutions.
  • Maintain project documentation.
  • Act as the project execution point of contact for business assistant levels.
  • Organize project meetings. Prepare materials, and document key decisions.
  • Support change communication activities, such as preparing FAQs, training materials, and system user guides.
  • Regularly collect data on project progress, resource utilization, and risk status.
  • Generate status reports (weekly/monthly) using standard templates and report to project lead.
  • Assist in establishing project KPI tracking mechanisms and maintain dashboards.
  • Support operational activities during pilot or rollout phases.
  • Address common execution issues (process questions, system operation, material coordination).
  • Participate in project retrospectives, document lessons learned, and update project knowledge base.
  • Maintain task boards, calendars, and document repositories within project management tools.
  • Support the adoption of standard templates and process guidelines to improve team execution consistency.

What makes us successful together

  • Bachelor's degree or above (HR, Management, Economics, Information Management preferred)
  • 3–5 years of work experience, including at least 1–2 years participating in HR or cross-functional projects (internships/rotations acceptable)
  • Basic understanding of HR functions (recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, etc.)
  • Proficient in office and collaboration tools (Excel, PPT, Word, Teams/DingTalk/Feishu, basic Jira/Trello/Asana)
