This role is responsible for managing all activities required to clear new team members for hire, ensuring a timely, compliant, and seamless transition from offer acceptance through Day 1. This role serves as the central point of coordination for all pre-employment requirements and partners closely with Talent Acquisition, hiring leaders, and operational teams to ensure new hires are fully prepared to begin work.
This role owns the end-to-end preboarding process for an assigned area, with accountability for clearance timelines, compliance accuracy, and overall new hire readiness. This role also supports New Team Member Orientation (NTMO) by ensuring new hires are cleared, scheduled, and prepared to attend, and by providing on-site support during orientation sessions to help deliver a smooth and positive Day 1 experience.
