Currently, our client in Cambodia is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of HR Operations Analyst.

Main Description:

• Support Head of HR & Admin in daily HR operations.

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Implement employee engagement initiatives.

• Maintain accurate HR data and conduct audits.

• Handle Compensation & Benefits, leave, insurance, and compliance.

• Prepare HR reports on demographics, absences, overtime, and turnover.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Foster collaboration with other departments.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by Head of HR & Admin.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Law, Business, or related field.

• 3-5 years HR experience.

• Strong English skills (spoken/written).

• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.

• Professional, honest, and a strong team player.

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
