About the job:
Help protect North America payroll continuity during the Workday Greenfield transition by entering and validating employee data accurately and on time. You will support payroll processing while the Workday-to-SAP interface is temporarily unavailable and help manage high transaction volumes after the blackout period. When capacity allows, you will also support Payroll or Employee Lifecycle operations.

Gain direct exposure to North America payroll operations, Workday and employee lifecycle processes.
Support a major Workday Greenfield transformation and payroll integration transition.
Work full-time in a hybrid Bogota arrangement, with 60% home and 40% office work.
Main responsibilities:
Enter employee data accurately and on time into the payroll system.
Validate employee information and identify discrepancies before payroll processing.
Support payroll continuity while the employee data interface is temporarily unavailable.
Manage structured, repetitive and detail-sensitive transactions during peak volumes.
Support Payroll or Employee Lifecycle activities when workload permits.
Work with North America information and stakeholders in English.
About you:
Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on data accuracy.
English proficiency at approximately B2-C1 level across speaking, writing and comprehension.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Comfort working with structured, repetitive and potentially high-volume data entry.
Authorization to work in Colombia and availability for hybrid work in Bogota.
