HR Operations Coordinator

About the role

As an HR Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless HR and operational support for clients and their employees in our EOR model. You will manage key processes such as onboarding, payroll data management, employee changes, and terminations by working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. You will serve as the crucial link connecting international clients, global teams, and seamless HR operations. If you love variety, hyper-organized environments, and solving operational puzzles in a fast-paced global landscape, this is your launchpad.

What you will do

Mastermind the Employee Lifecycle

  • First Impressions Matter: Own the end-to-end onboarding journey! Collect essential client details, draft razor-sharp employment agreements, and ensure new hires have a world-class Day One experience.
  • Keep the Engine Humming: Seamlessly manage life-cycle changes (promotions, salary tweaks, role shifts) by drafting and executing addendums with precision.
  • Graceful Offboarding: Navigate terminations and mutual separations smoothly, coordinating agreements, timeline execution, and secure data handling with empathy and compliance.
  • Payroll Precision: Jump into the action by preparing, uploading, and auditing data templates to ensure people get paid accurately and on time, every time.

Be the Hero of Client & Employee Support

  • First Line of Defense: Act as the go-to contact for HR inquiries, tackling questions on everything from leave policies to HRIS navigation with speed and warmth.
  • Ticket Ninja: Own our ticketing queue like a pro—slaying KPIs, delivering rapid first responses, and keeping resolution rates high.
  • Smart Triaging: Know when to hold 'em and when to fold 'em. Route complex cases (like tricky claims or delicate terminations) to Senior HR Advisors with all the background context they need to succeed.

Data, Systems & Global Compliance

  • Data Conductor: Sync, upload, and transfer vital employee data across global systems and platforms with zero room for error.
  • Process Architect: Build and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs), draft templates, and create smart macros to make everyday operations faster and smarter.
  • Global Explorer: Research multi-country labor landscapes to keep us compliant and best-in-class across various international borders.
  • Insights & Metrics: Track task completion rates and system performance to help us continuously level up how we work.
