HR & Operations Executive
We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Human Resources & Operations Executive (Management Level) to oversee both our human capital management and core school operations. In this dual-focus role, you will manage full-cycle HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance) while also ensuring that the day-to-day administrative, logistical, and operational aspects of our school run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources & Talent Management
Manage full-cycle recruitment, hiring, and onboarding for instructional, administrative, and support staff.
- Oversee pre-employment compliance
- Administer staff regulations , payroll liaison, leave requests and maintaining of personnel records.
-Serve as a trusted advisor for staff relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
2. School Operations & Daily Logistics
- Oversee the daily operational workflow of the school administrative office to ensure a welcoming environment for students, parents, and staff.
- Manage daily staff attendance and substitute teacher coverage, coordinating emergency coverage when instructional staff are absent.
- Coordinate logistics for school-wide events, professional development (PD) days, back-to-school nights, and graduation ceremonies.
- Serve as a liaison to facilities, IT, and vendors to ensure staff workspaces, classrooms, and administrative technologies are fully functional.
3. Safety, Security & Regulatory Compliance
- Coordinate school safety and emergency preparedness initiatives, including tracking staff compliance with mandatory safety training, fire drills, and security protocols.
- Ensure strict adherence to local, state, and federal education compliance mandates (e.g., OSHA, Title IX, ADA, equal employment laws).
- Maintain secure physical and digital personnel, health, and operational compliance records.
- Assist with operational reporting for annual school audits, state reporting, and accreditation renewals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ to 5 years of combined experience in HR administration and operational management (experience in a school or non-profit setting strongly preferred).
Operational Agility: Proven ability to multitask, manage shifting daily priorities, and solve logistical problems quickly under pressure.
Compliance & Discretion: Deep understanding of employment laws, background clearance standards, and the ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity.
Communication: Outstanding interpersonal, organisational, and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Candidate with HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR) or work in school environments
- Well-versed with the Employment Act, Tripartite Law and Human Resource process.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, Job Recruitment Portals
-Candidate must have flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to support school operational needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
