HR Operations Lead

HIRING: HR OPERATIONS LEAD
Location: Igbariam, Anambra State

Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Onsite (40 hours weekly)
Salary: ₦750,000 – ₦950,000 net (slightly negotiable)

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, etc.)
• 7–10 years HR experience with strong HR operations exposure
• Experience in FMCG or other structured environments is required
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR compliance
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading HR teams and driving operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
• Maintain accurate HR records and improve HR processes
• Support business units with HR advisory and workforce planning
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, audits, and HR policies
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics
• Manage casual and contract staff deployment
• Supervise HR team members and drive accountability
