Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with employees at all levels to foster a positive and supportive work environment, and provide expert HR guidance on a variety of employee matters
Manage the employee lifecycle by participating in key processes such as onboarding, offboarding, conducting regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and retention strategies
Address unique and complex HR challenges, working creatively to resolve issues that don’t fit within typical processes
Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, maintaining strict compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, and supporting fairness and transparency
Analyse HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and create action plans to enhance employee experience and optimize HR processes
Organize and conduct internal and external team transfers, ensuring transitions are smooth and aligned with business needs
Oversee the entire local registration and migration processes
Organize diverse events and activities to promote team collaboration and enhance employee engagement
Foster the company’s culture and values by building a supportive atmosphere, reinforcing our core values in daily interactions, and implementing strategies that integrate our core principles into the organization
Requirements
3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a product or technology company
Proven experience in managing the full employee lifecycle
Knowledge of HR metrics, with the ability to interpret data and guide decisions
Practical experience in HR policy guidance and a solid understanding of HR standards and best practices
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues
Proactive and analytical approach along with empathy and reliability
Flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments and evolving priorities
Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results
Upper-Intermediate level of English
