HR Operations Specialist
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
🌸Support and continuously improve HR operational processes across the entire employee lifecycle.
🌸Build, document and maintain HR workflows, policies and internal procedures.
🌸Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, implementing scalable solutions.
🌸Configure, update and optimize HRIS workflows, templates and automations.
🌸Ensure compliance with Cyprus labor laws and HR regulations.
🌸Monitor HR documentation and keep internal knowledge bases up to date.
🌸Create reports, dashboards and HR metrics to support decision-making.
🌸Collaborate with legal and finance departments on HR-related data and support other administration team members to facilitate the daily processes.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
💦2+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations or HR Administration.
💦Strong understanding of Cypriot employment Law and HR operational processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
💦Experience working with HRIS platforms (HiBob experience is a strong advantage).
💦Strong process-oriented mindset with a passion for organization and continuous improvement.
💦Experience implementing automations and optimizing repetitive workflows.
💦Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
💦Analytical thinking with confidence working with reports, spreadsheets and HR data.
💦Strong ownership and ability to work independently.
💦Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English.
