HR Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end HR projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.

- Collaborate with HR leaders and business stakeholders to define project objectives and success metrics.

- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation plans when required.

- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.

- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience.

- Track project progress and provide regular status reports to leadership.

- Analyze project outcomes and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

- MBA in Human Resources from a reputed B-School.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Project Management, HR Transformation, or related strategic HR initiatives.

- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, systems, and best practices.

- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within defined timelines.
