HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and onboarding support.

The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring for BFSI/Wealth Management roles such as Wealth Managers, Cluster Heads, Relationship Managers, Investment Specialists, Branch Managers, Sales Managers, Financial Advisors, and Regional/Area Managers. Candidates with experience in bulk hiring, leadership hiring, and client coordination will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT and BFSI-related roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and networking.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination.
• Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Draft and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding hiring updates.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment drives when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
• Experience in BFSI/Wealth Management hiring preferred.
• Understanding of hiring for Wealth Managers, Cluster Heads, Relationship Managers, etc.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing techniques.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
• Good negotiation and coordination skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring metrics.
• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
