HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, with a focus on IT/SAP hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and communication skills and be comfortable working with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
  
• Screen resumes and assess candidates against Job Descriptions.
  
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
  
• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements.
  
• Conduct candidate due diligence, including experience, availability, location, and joining commitment.
  
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions.
  
• Support candidates through the offer and joining process.
  

Required Skills

• IT/SAP recruitment experience or strong interest in technology hiring.
  
• Resume screening and JD-to-profile matching.
  
• Candidate sourcing and interviewing skills.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication.
  
• Good stakeholder and candidate management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
  

Preferred

Exposure to SAP ABAP, Fiori, BTP/CAPM, Functional, .NET, MAUI, NodeJS, or React recruitment would be an advantage.
