HR Recruiter- Bilingual Spanish/English

Reich Installation Services, Inc. is seeking a detail- oriented, bilingual HR Recruiter to join our team in Pewaukee, WI. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring general labor employees for multiple job sites across the Unites States. The recruiter will also assist the HR Generalist with administrative tasks and daily HR operations.

• Source and recruit general labor candidates through job boards, referrals, and online platforms.
• Conduct phone screenings and communicate job details, requirements, compensation, schedules, and work locations clearly.
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking applicants and employee referrals throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and assist with hiring and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers using ADP and MS Office.
• Collaborate with HR, operations, and hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
• Assist the HR Generalist with additional HR administrative tasks as needed.

• Previous recruiting, staffing, or HR experience is required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• ADP experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple openings, maintain accurrate records, and handle confidential information.
• Ability to work onsite in Pewaukee, WI, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm.
