Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. - Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. - Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. - Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics. - Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Required Skills: - Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, preferably in the BPO or RPO industry. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficient in using recruitment software and tools. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
