HR Recruiter
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with strong hands-on
expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment within the infrastructure,
building materials, construction, or industrial manufacturing sector.
This role is execution-oriented and focuses primarily on end-to-end hiring,
coordination with consultants, internal stakeholders, and maintaining
disciplined HR processes.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Handle
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: manpower planning, sourcing, screening,
interviews, selection, and offer coordination
- Manage
hiring for sales, marketing, tendering, production, quality, operations,
and support roles
- Source
candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, referrals, and
internal databases
- Coordinate
interviews (telephonic, video call, and face-to-face interaction) with
department heads
- Conduct
initial HR screening, salary discussions, and candidate follow-ups
- Ensure
timely closure of open positions with quality hiring
HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain
employee records, recruitment trackers, and HR MIS
- Prepare
offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation
- Support
joining formalities, background checks, and induction coordination
- Ensure
compliance with company HR policies and internal guidelines
Internal Coordination & Reporting
- Work
closely with management and department heads for manpower requirements
- Maintain
recruitment reports, hiring status dashboards, and monthly HR updates
- Support
HR audits, policy implementation, and employee communication when required
Requirements

Experience
- Minimum 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in
HR / Talent Acquisition
- Experience must be from:
- Infrastructure industry OR
- Building materials / construction products OR
- Manufacturing / industrial / EPC environment
Education
- Continuous regular education
Employment Type
- Must be a full-time salaried professional
Skills & Requirements
- Strong hands-on recruitment and interview
coordination skills
- Good understanding of hiring for technical,
sales, and plant roles
- Excellent communication and follow-up
abilities
- Proficient in MS Excel, email drafting, and
recruitment portals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
environment

Probation Period
- Duration: 4–6 months
Compensation & Benefits
- Total CTC: ₹8,00,000 per annum
- Fixed Pay (monthly): ₹6,00,000 per annum
- Deferred Pay: ₹2,00,000
- ₹1,00,000 payable after 6 months of
continuous service
- ₹1,00,000 payable after 1 year of continuous
service
