HR Recruiter

Position Summary The HR Recruiter will be an integral part of the Human Resources team, primarily responsible for managing the talent acquisition process within the banking and BFSI sectors. This role is accountable for identifying, attracting, and engaging candidates to meet organizational recruitment needs. Principal Responsibilities - Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the banking sector. - Utilize job portals and other recruitment platforms to identify potential candidates effectively. - Manage bulk hiring initiatives while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and ethical practices. - Screen resumes to shortlist qualified applicants based on specific job requirements and organizational fit. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment within the banking and BFSI sectors. Eligibility and Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, specifically in banking or BFSI recruitment. - Strong knowledge of various recruitment techniques and tools, particularly job portal searches. Key Competencies - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. - Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders effectively. - Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
