Hiring: HR Recruiter Freshers Welcome

Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad
Salary: 12,000/ -14,000/-month + Incentives
Shift: Day Shift
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Sunday: Fixed Off
Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office

Eligibility Criteria:
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Any Graduate / Undergraduate/ post grauates
* Good English communication skills.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
* Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
* Conduct HR telephonic interviews.
* Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
* Follow up with candidates until they join.
* Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
* Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
* Build a strong candidate pipeline.

Req

Training & Probation Note:
* Training and probation period: 3 months.
* Candidates who achieve at least 50% of the assigned recruitment target during the probation period will be eligible for a salary revision to 14,000/month from the 4th month onward, subject to performance review.
