Job Description

TalentQ Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresher candidates to join our recruitment team. We work with clients in the US healthcare BPO industry and are looking for individuals interested in building a career in recruitment and human resources.

This is a work-from-home opportunity for candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
• Contact candidates and explain job openings.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support the recruitment team in fulfilling US healthcare BPO hiring requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers interested in recruitment and HR are welcome.
• Good communication skills English/Telugu
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and spreadsheets.
• Must have a smartphone and laptop or desktop with a reliable internet connection.
• Must be comfortable making recruitment calls and following up with candidates.
• Should be self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently from home.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary: 8,000 to 10,000, depending on suitability.
