Responsibilities
- Execute proactive outbound calling strategies to identify and engage potential talent.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and telephonic interviews to assess suitability for open roles.
- Manage ongoing communication and follow-ups with applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate all aspects of the hiring process, acting as the primary liaison between candidates and the hiring team.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.
- Handle lead generation and database management to build a robust pipeline of potential hires.
