· Coordination with technical panel and understanding their requirements.

· Resourcing, screening and shortlisting resumes through various job portals or else internal reference.

· Head hunting, sourcing from personal reference and portals.

· Shortlisting the resumes based on desired skills and experience.

· Posting vacancies, screening and shortlisting resumes.

· Conducting telephone and personal interviews in coordination with departmental heads.

· Checking the Quality and Suitability of CV as per the Requirement.

· Maintaining Database and Reports.

· Taking the Requirements from the Departments.

· Taking Follow up with joining Candidates
