Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for insurance sales positions. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers. Manage candidate documentation and onboarding formalities. Maintain recruitment MIS and track sourcing, interviews, selections, and joining. Build a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing hiring requirements. Requirements: 12 years of experience in recruitment; freshers are welcome. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of recruitment processes and job portals. Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets. Strong follow-up, coordination, and candidate-handling skills. Ability to work with recruitment targets and timelines.
