HR Recruiter

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our growing team as HR Recruiters in the Recruitment Industry. This role is based in Noida Sector 3 and is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within our organization. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Key responsibilities include posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with candidates throughout the hiring process. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and provide regular updates to the recruitment team. To be successful in this role, candidates must possess strong English communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
