As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. - Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. - Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization. - Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams. - Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics. - Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company. - Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional service. - Participate in mass hiring events and BPO hiring initiatives as required.
