Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to understand the latest candidate requirements.
• Develop a well-structured recruitment strategy.
• Write and post job descriptions on recruitment websites and company portals.
• Source qualified candidates from social media, internal databases, and different job portals.
• Developing one's own network of suitable candidates by networking with various institutions and social media.
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
• Analyse a candidate's capabilities via pre-screening assessments and calls.
• Conduct interviews using a variety of methods, like video, in-person, or telephone.
• Keep track of applicants at every stage and follow up.
• Assist with providing a positive onboarding experience.
