Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support Talent Acquisition initiatives. The role involves hiring across IT and Non-IT functions and working closely with Hiring Managers to ensure timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from understanding requirements to candidate joining.
- Handle IT and Non-IT hiring across technical, infrastructure, engineering, sales, finance, HR, operations, administration, and other corporate functions.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare/update Job Descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, databases, social media, and other channels.
- Conduct resume screening and initial HR screening to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Shortlist candidates and coordinate technical, managerial, and HR interview rounds.
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers and Department Heads for requirements, interview feedback, and position closures.
- Manage candidate engagement, follow-ups, salary discussions, negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining confirmations.
- Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and talent pool for current and future requirements.
- Support campus hiring, walk-in drives, bulk hiring, employee referral programs, and recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS/HRMS and recruitment trackers.
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as open positions, sourcing, screening, interviews, selections, offers, joining ratio, and Time-to-Hire.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with HR/Operations teams for pre-joining formalities and onboarding.
- Support employer branding and other Talent Acquisition initiatives as required.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Good understanding of IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and ATS/HRMS.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant Bachelor's degree.
