HR Recruiter

Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers is a key responsibility to ensure accurate reporting and timely closure of open positions. Required skills for this role include strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, and familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Shine, and LinkedIn. The ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines is crucial, along with good follow-up and candidate management skills.
