HR Recruiter

Sharp Point HR Consultancy is seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Vasai, Mumbai, with an upcoming relocation to Borivali in two months. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process, handling end-to-end recruitment for various client requirements across different industries. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals, as well as leveraging references and other channels to identify suitable talent. You will be responsible for screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the roles. Understanding job requirements and effectively coordinating interviews between candidates and clients will be key aspects of your role. You will also maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. In addition, you will follow up with candidates throughout the selection process, negotiate salary offers, and coordinate the offer rollout until the candidate joins the organization. Achieving assigned recruitment targets and ensuring timely closures will be essential to your success in this position. The ideal candidate will be a graduate in any discipline, possess good verbal and written communication skills, and have basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals. Strong coordination, convincing, and follow-up skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
