HR Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on non-IT hiring, including blue-collar positions. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively source and screen candidates to meet our hiring needs. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions. - Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking. - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization. - Manage the interview process, coordinating schedules and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams. - Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely feedback and communication. - Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes. Required Skills: - Strong talent acquisition skills with a focus on sourcing and screening candidates. - Experience in non-IT hiring, particularly for blue-collar roles. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. - Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.
