Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Telecom and Network Engineering roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of immediate joiners and relevant telecom professionals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience in the Telecom domain.
• Strong understanding of telecom technologies and networking roles.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in telecom companies preferred.

• Salary: As per company standards / industry norms.
