HR Recruiter
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and other channels
- Engage and follow up with prospective candidates, conduct initial screening, and coordinate interviews and recruitment briefings
- Support the planning and execution of social media recruitment campaigns to promote career opportunities, events, seminars, and recruitment activities
- Assist with recruitment events, including candidate invitations, registration, attendance tracking, and post-event follow-up
- Maintain and manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate recruitment records
- Support the creation and posting of recruitment content across relevant social media platforms
- Provide administrative and coordination support for recruitment activities, documentation, scheduling, and onboarding
- Prepare basic recruitment reports and updates for management
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, business development or customer service
- Experience in recruitment, financial services, or recruitment agency will be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential candidates
- Comfortable making outbound calls, sending messages, and proactively approaching prospective candidates
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts
- Positive attitude with strong people skills
