We are seeking a passionate HR Recruiter to join our team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing the right candidates independently through various channels such as job portals, references, headhunting, and social media. This role is crucial in ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent for our organization, particularly in the Non-IT sector. Key Responsibilities: - Source candidates through job portals, references, and networking sites. - Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability for various roles. - Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs. - Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing them with timely updates and feedback. - Utilize negotiation skills to discuss offers and close candidates effectively. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide insights on market trends. Required Skills: - Excellent listening skills and the ability to gauge candidates effectively. - Strong dedication towards work and a self-motivated attitude. - Basic working knowledge of computers, including Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint. - A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Enthusiastic about interacting with people and building relationships. - Good negotiation skills to facilitate candidate offers. - Proficiency in English, both verbal and written. - Comfortable with cold calling candidates to discuss job opportunities. Candidates with experience in bulk hiring for BPO/KPO sectors will have an advantage.
