Key Responsibilities:

· Source, identify, and evaluate potential candidates through various channels

· Conduct interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process

· Develop compelling job descriptions and effective interview frameworks

· Coordinate and participate in recruitment drives and networking events

· Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to support hiring strategies and workforce planning

· Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to develop a sustainable talent pipeline

· Contribute actively to HR initiatives related to talent acquisition and management

Requirements:

· Degree in any discipline

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
