HR Reporting and Analytics Intern

Are you curious about how data helps shape better workplaces and smarter people decisions? Join us as an HR Analytics Intern (full-time, 6 months) and gain hands-on experience with leading HR technologies such as Visier and SAP SuccessFactors.
You'll work alongside experienced HR Analytics professionals, transform data into meaningful insights, improve employee data quality, and contribute to projects that have a real impact on the business. This position is part of the Solutions business (SolCo) within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH). This is one of the two standalone entities to be created from ANH, as part of the divestment to CVC Capital.
Your Impact
- Help our HR team turn people data into meaningful insights
- Create and improve HR dashboards and reports that support real business decisions
- Spot trends, patterns, and opportunities in workforce data
- Make sure our HR data is accurate, reliable, and ready to use
- Work with colleagues across different countries and functions to improve data quality
- Support projects that make HR processes smarter and more efficient
- Help us build easy-to-use self-service reporting solutions for HR teams worldwide
- Document and share best practices so everyone can benefit from your work

What You Bring
- You're currently studying HR, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
- You have gained some first practical experience in HR through internships, working student positions, university projects, or similar opportunities
- You enjoy working with data and love solving problems
- You're curious, detail-oriented, and like finding out how things work
- You feel comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint
- You have an interest in people, HR, and turning data into insights
- You can work independently but also enjoy collaborating with others
- You communicate confidently in English. Additional languages are a plus
- Most importantly: you're eager to learn, grow, and contribute from day one
