Job Summary

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and secure top talent, develop talent pipelines, and optimize recruitment strategies to support business growth in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including posting vacancies, screening resumes, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, conducting reference checks, and extending employment offers
  • Ensure completion and follow-up of all necessary hiring documentation and onboarding processes for new hires
  • Maintain and update recruitment tracking systems and prepare ad-hoc employee reports to support HR analytics and decision-making
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop and maintain talent pipelines
  • Design and implement sourcing strategies using networking, cold calling, social media, and employee referrals to identify and engage potential candidates
  • Build and sustain relationships with key sourcing partners and external contacts to support ongoing recruitment efforts
  • Plan, design, and coordinate recruitment events such as walk-in interviews and job fairs to attract diverse talent pools
  • Evaluate recruitment campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance quality of hire and reduce time-to-fill
  • Conduct campus recruitment activities and establish strong partnerships with universities, colleges, institutions, and associations
  • Manage recruitment advertising across print and digital platforms and oversee employee referral programs to maximize candidate reach
  • Oversee search firms and recruitment agencies, monitoring vendor performance metrics to ensure service quality and cost efficiency
  • Focus on reducing time to fill and cost per hire while improving the quality of hires
  • Stay current with recruiting trends, labour laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage
  • Execute ad hoc projects and perform other administrative duties as required to support HR functions

Required competencies and certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in human resources or recruitment
  • Proficient knowledge of recruitment module in SuccessFactors
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills to handle recruitment
  • Meticulous and well-organized
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume recruitment
