HR Senior Manager - Up to $8500 - REDHILL
HR Leadership & Operations
· Lead HR functions to ensure alignment with organisational goals, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
· Drive departmental KPIs and strategic HR initiatives.
· Review and enhance HR policies, processes, systems, and SOPs to improve effectiveness.
· Lead, coach, and develop the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
· Drive process improvements, digitalisation, and HR transformation initiatives.
· Ensure compliance, governance, and accurate maintenance of HR records.
Strategic HR Business Partnering
· Partner leaders to provide strategic HR advice on workforce, organisational, and change management matters.
· Design and implement HR solutions thatsupport business and workforce needs.
· Drive employee engagement, culture, andemployee value proposition (EVP) initiatives.
· Strengthen employee relations, productivity, and retention through proactive interventions.
· Support workforce planning and organisational development using HR analytics and insights.
Workforce Planning, Talent &Rewards
· Lead workforce planning, budgeting, recruitment, succession planning, and retention strategies.
· Develop talent management frameworks, career pathways, and staff development programmes.
· Support compensation and rewards strategies aligned with organisational objectives and market practices.
· Partner stakeholders to attract, develop, and retain critical talent.
Employee & Industrial Relations
· Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, investigations, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution.
· Advise leaders on HR policies, employment practices, and people management.
· Maintain positive relationships with unions, industry partners, and external stakeholders.
· Support union-management engagement and collective bargaining activities where required.
Requirements
· Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
· At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with managerial or leadership responsibilities.
· Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, talent management, and employee relations.
· Proven ability to partner senior stakeholders and drive strategic HR initiatives.
· Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and change management skills.
· Experience in healthcare or public sector settings will be an advantage.
