Recruit and hire Owner Operators, Company Drivers, and Lease Operators.
Source qualified drivers through cold calling, job boards, social media, referrals, and lead lists.
Conduct daily outbound cold calls to driver candidates and maintain a consistent recruiting pipeline.
Screen candidates based on experience, CDL status, driving history, and company requirements.
Request and review MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) reports.
Verify CDL, driving experience, employment history, and required qualifications.
Conduct initial phone interviews and explain available driver opportunities.
