HR Specialist

This position supports the Company’s HR business service projects. The employment contract is with China Communications Services Corporation Limited, and the incumbent will be based at Everbright Centre, Wan Chai, Hong Kong for HR-related support work.

Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding, Transfer & Offboarding Process Support – Follow up on and process system workflows related to employee onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding. Ensure the local HR processes and policies in compliance to local law requirement and make suggestions for the work;

2. HR Administrative Support Services – Provide basic HR operational support, maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HR system and HR shared folder;

3. MPF (Mandatory Provident Fund) Administration – Handle employee MPF enrolment and registration.

4. Employee Movement & Position Changes – Manage bulk employee transfers, bulk position changes, and related system updates and corrections.

5. Leave Administration – Review and approve employee leave requests in accordance with company policies and employee handbook.

6. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned, e.g. process online projects, HR helpdesk promotion, employees experience improvement activity.

7. Team-Building Expense Management – Manage employee team-building expenses and process approvals in accordance with company policies.

8.Employment Documentation – Prepare and issue company letters, employment certificates, and document printing, scanning, filing, and archiving.

Requirements:

1. High Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or other related discipline;

2. Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in HR personnel functions;

3. Prior experience in HR personnel services is preferred.

4. Good command of written & spoken Mandarin, Cantonese, English;

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Photoshop;

6. Short Notice or Immediate available is highly preferred.
