📋 Job Requirements:

• Independently find, source, and recruit CDL truck drivers using personal networks and lead-generation methods.

Generate and manage their own driver leads without relying on company-provided candidates.

Recruit 20–30 qualified drivers per month.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from finding potential drivers to successfully bringing them into the company.

Continuously develop new sourcing channels to maintain a steady flow of drivers.
