HR Specialist responsible for operational HR processes, project support, and digitalization initiatives in a global manufacturing company using Workday and Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage independently and execute operational HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle

  • Prepare HR-related documentation, reports, analyses, and employee communications

  • Support managers and employees on a broad range of HR-related topics and inquiries

  • Actively contribute to local and international HR projects and initiatives

  • Support the development, optimization, and standardization of HR processes and workflows

  • Participate in HR digitalization and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience

  • Maintain and continuously improve HR systems and employee data quality

  • Support organizational and administrative HR activities as required

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Partner with and support interactions with the work council (Betriebsrat), including the preparation of documentation, consultation processes, and implementation of co-determination requirements

  • Ensure compliance with labor law, company policies, and work council agreements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification

  • Relevant experience in a HR Generalist (f/m/d) role

  • Well-founded knowledge of operational HR management and employee lifecycle processes

  • Relevant experience participating in or leading HR projects

  • Solid understanding of German labor law and collaboration with work council (Betriebsrat)

  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style

  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Routine in working with HR systems, ideally Workday

  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Forms, and Power Automate

  • Interest in process optimization, digitalization, and continuous improvement

  • Communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Customer-orientation and a collaborative approach

  • Good command of German and English language
