HR Specialist

At Pretius, we are looking for a HR Specialist to join the Global People Services team. The role combines HR administration, employee support and coordination of key employee lifecycle processes, with a strong focus on local Polish requirements and compliance.

Working mode: hybrid (Warsaw)

Project / Role

• Providing day-to-day HR support to employees and managers across Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
• Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle administrative processes, with a focus on onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintaining and archiving physical and digital employee records in compliance with Polish labor regulations and internal policies.
• Preparing employment contracts, letters, HR documentation, and periodic data reports.
• Administering employee benefit programs and supporting local HR initiatives.
• Resolving employee inquiries efficiently and serving as a key point of contact for HR matters.
• Cooperating with external HR, payroll, and service vendors.
• Collaborating closely with People Business Partners and Centers of Expertise.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in HR administration, People Operations, or an HR service delivery environment.
• Educational background in business administration, HR, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong professional English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Proven background in handling employee lifecycle administration and documentation.
• Knowledge of Polish labor law and HR practices.
• Practical experience working with HR systems, databases, and reporting tools.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Solid communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
