🤓 What do we expect from you?
That you have 5 years of experience in the role and that you are proficient in English.
That you come from the technology or SaaS sector
That you love learning new things and find it easy to do so.
That you are an autonomous and proactive person, always keeping the team and company objectives in mind.
That you are creative and have a lot of empathy towards your colleagues.
That you enjoy working in a team, sharing and discussing ideas in a constructive manner.

And, very importantly: that you handle AI tools well, know how to automate processes, and are eager to incorporate these technologies into your day-to-day to work more efficiently.
🤖 What do we need you to know how to do?
Select personnel from different profiles (product, revenue, demand generation, etc.) with previous experience in talent selection in SaaS environments, using various job portals and different recruitment sources, including headhunting.
Manage the entire onboarding process so that new colleagues feel welcome and ready to start.
Create training plans, identifying needs and coordinating with training centers, including the management of notifications through Fundae.
Develop and manage career plans, evaluating performance, providing feedback, and helping to continuously improve.
Have knowledge of payroll and occupational risk prevention (PRL).
Handle English perfectly.
Use generative AI and automation tools to improve selection, onboarding, training, data analysis, and internal communication processes.
