Requirements:
√ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
√ 2–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience — with hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HRIS administration.
√ Experience administering an HRIS platform — Paylocity experience is strongly preferred and will be a significant advantage.
√ Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance — including multi-state workforce experience is a plus.
√ Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills — able to build clean reports, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations independently
