Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee the company's human resource operations and ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and practices.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily HR operations across all HR functions.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, timekeeping, and performance management.
Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and compliance with labor laws.
Handle employee concerns, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and processes.
Supervise and guide the HR team to ensure efficient delivery of HR services.
Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with extensive exposure to various HR functions.
With strong supervisory or managerial experience in handling HR operations and leading a team.
Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work on-site in Taytay, Rizal.
